After placing my initial filtration element request…
After placing my initial filtration element request in January 2021 and being told it might be a month…I waited more than enough time to allow for fulfillment and shipment. Over the course of several weeks, I called off and on every few days, leaving voicemails as directed and could never get ahold of anyone. Finally, today, 4/20/2021, I was able to talk to first Meritza who then immediately made sure I talked to a live person and connect me with Paul, tech assistance at Life Ionizers, and he was able to not only tell me my request had shipped (I never received an email stating I should be expecting anything nor an invoice of my over the phone payment), but upon hearing I hadn’t received any such shipment he immediately put into the unit a replacement with effusive apologies for the mishap and lack of proper communication. He basically made it his mission to ensure I hung up the phone satisfied. And he was successful in his mission as I’m now writing this review. Had it not been for the egregious oversight and lack of communication I initially received, I would’ve given a full 5 start review just on Meritza’s and Paul’s client support experience alone. They saved the day as far as this finally happy client is concerned. I purchased the MXL-7.
