• Customized Systems: Because many of our water filtration systems are custom-built to specific configurations, exact shipping timelines and structural parameters are determined post-purchase and conveyed directly to the customer.

3. Shipping and Restrictions

We offer domestic and international shipping. Because our systems are highly customized, delivery estimates provided during checkout are projections. Final shipping arrangements and precise delivery schedules will be communicated to you individually following order confirmation.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer a comprehensive 75-day return policy on our products.

• If you are unsatisfied with your system, you may return it within 75 days of delivery.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned units.

5. Warranties and Claims Disclaimer

All products purchased through the Site come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Ionizers LLC coordinates the distribution of these systems, but all technical warranty claims, parts replacements, or manufacturing defects must be handled directly through the manufacturer in accordance with their specific processing policies.
