Refund and Returns Policy

At Ionizers.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for our products.

1. Return Windows

The return window begins on the date your order is delivered, as shown by carrier tracking.

2. 90-Day Worry-Free Returns (Systems)

We stand behind our ionizer systems. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 90 days of delivery, you may return your system for a refund or exchange — whether or not you’ve used it.

To qualify for a 90-day return:

• The return request must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
• The system should be returned with all original accessories, cables, and components included in the box.
• Normal signs of use are fine — this is a worry-free return, not limited to unopened items.

3. 30-Day Unopened Returns (Filters)

Filters may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if unopened and unused, in their original, undamaged packaging. Because filters are a consumable, hygiene-sensitive item, opened or used filters cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a defect (see Section 6).

4. How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at help@ionizers.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred) and include your RMA number.
4. Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA instructions.

Returns sent without an RMA number may experience processing delays.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defect or shipping error.

• Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or our error.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 of delivery at help@ionizers.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we’ve received it and whether it’s approved.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
• Exchanges, if requested, will ship once the returned item is received and inspected, or immediately if you choose to pay for the exchange item up front.
• A refund confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used filters (outside of a defect claim)
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at time of purchase
• Gift cards

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the timeframe above:

1. Check your bank account or card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary.
3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at help@ionizers.com.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
